Refund and Cancellation Policy
Bretzen LLC (“Bretzen”) provides AI automation and digital services on a subscription basis. Because these are services rather than physical goods, this policy addresses refunds and cancellations rather than product returns.
Subscription Fees
Bretzen services are billed monthly by default. There are no long-term contracts on the monthly plan. Customers may cancel their monthly subscription at any time.
- Cancellation stops future billing. The current billing period is not prorated or refunded once it has begun.
- Customers retain access to their service through the end of the billing period in which they cancel.
Annual Plans
Customers may choose to pay for a full year in advance in exchange for a discounted rate and/or waived setup fees, as offered at the time of signup.
- Annual plans are non-refundable once the service has launched, except as required by law.
- If a customer cancels an annual plan before launch (before any setup work has begun), Bretzen will issue a full refund.
- If a customer cancels an annual plan after launch, Bretzen may, at its discretion, issue a partial refund reflecting the remaining unused portion of the term, less the value of any discount or waived setup fee received for committing to the annual term.
- Customers considering an annual plan should contact Bretzen with any questions before committing, since the terms differ from the monthly plan.
Setup Fees
Setup fees cover the work required to configure a customer’s account, build their custom AI knowledge base, design and build their website, connect communication channels, and test the system before launch.
- Setup fees are non-refundable once setup work has begun.
- If a customer cancels before any setup work has started, the setup fee will be refunded in full.

Requests are reviewed and responded to within a reasonable timeframe. Bretzen will confirm the cancellation and the effective date in writing.
Changes to This Policy
Bretzen may update this policy from time to time. The most current version will be posted on bretzen.com.
